Upgrade Process
1. Add items to your cart- Select the desired items and add them to your cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout- During Checkout enter CONTACT INFORMATION for the client not shipping information. You will provide that later. Make payment and complete your order.
3. Respond to email with shipping information- You will receive 2 emails, "Thanks for shopping with us!" and "Order Details for IACEI" once the order has been placed. Respond to the "Order Details for IACEI" email with recipient information. Depending on the request, processing may take 10-12 business days.
4. Completion- Once the order is complete, you will receive an automated email with any applicable tracking information letting you know the order has been fulfilled.
Types of Services and Fees for Returning Clients
Add New Credentials ($85)- Add new credentials to a General or Detailed Evaluation.
Grade Point Average ($48)- Can be added to detailed evaluation-Calculation of the GPA for each credential on a 4.00 scale.
Upgrade Detailed Evaluation to General evaluation ($75)- Change from a Detailed evaluation to a General evaluation
Upgrade General to Detailed Evaluation ($115)- Change from General to Detailed (adds on subjects, hours, and grades)
Upgrade General to Detailed with GPA ($160)- From General to Detailed with GPA (adds on subjects, hours, grades, and GPA).
Course Level ($60)- Can be added to detailed evaluation-Lower/Upper Division and professional courses notated
Licensing Board Information ($65)- Can be added to detailed evaluation-If you are applying to a licensing board, please send IACE the specific requirements required by the board.
Full Course Descriptions ($425)- Can be added to detailed evaluation-Client must provide IACE with a printed version of the description of each subject studied through the original institution.
Catalogue Match ($445 per school)- Can be added to detailed evaluation-matching subjects studied at a foreign college or university with courses offered by one U.S. college or university. Applicant must submit to IACE an official printed catalogue/syllabus from the foreign institution in the native language with an ATA certified translation prepared in the United States and the official printed catalog from the U.S. institution.
